Identify a problem in your environment. This can be a small scale problem, such as reducing procrastination, or a large scale problem, such as responding to the threat of climate change. After identifying the problem, develop a plan (or intervention) that could help to resolve the problem through either habit formation or self-directed learning. Research both the problem and your plan, based on what you have learned in the course. Your final research paper should:

clearly describe the problem you wish to address in detail;
clearly describe the plan that you have to address that problem. In particular, describe how exactly improvements to one or more executive functions (cognitive flexibility, working memory, or inhibitory control) would help to address this problem, and;
reference 1 or more high quality scholarly sources for this paper to support your plan. Your source should be about habits, executive functions, or self-directed learning. You must read and understand**** the following documents**** for this assignment:
